Wind requires its users to include reference numbers when adding funds through USD bank transfers. In most cases, the reference number field is available within the banking providers' systems. However, there are instances where banking providers do not pass the reference number in the correct format. Consequently, Wind is unable to verify the transaction, and the funds are returned to the account used to make the transfer.

If transfers are made from Bank of America with the reference number in the description field, Wind is unable to verify it; hence, it is returned to the user.

But if the user notifies Wind beforehand about the transfer, we will be able to assist.
